Introducing Charity Checkout – Payment provider for small charities

Charity Checkout

Chester is the Founder of CharityCheckout.co.uk, a payment provider for small charities.

In more detail, Charity Checkout provides charities with the facility to set up custom payment pages for specific campaigns, and an online account where they can manage and track their donations. It pays out all the donations received in a single payment each month to each charity, with Gift Aid included.

Small charities are able to run effective online fundraising campaigns using Twitter or Facebook which in result will help them in finding donors that they couldn’t possible reach before.

On the Launch of Charity Checkout, The founder, Chester Sinclare said:

“Whether you raise £1,000 a year or £100,000 a year, Charity Checkout provides you with exactly the same service. It is now possible for custom payment pages to be set-up in seconds, so charities can run micro-fundraising campaigns on Twitter or Facebook. For small charities, this kind of low-cost, targeted campaigning will help them find committed donors they didn’t even know existed. I want to start a revolution; it is time small charities got their fair share of the action.”

From an early age, Chester has always been drawn to the entrepreneurial lifestyle, starting his first business at age 17, although as a child he was more notorious from being expelled rather than the entrepreneurial person we now know him for.

A lot has changed since then. Chester was the world’s first person to send an organic potato into near-space; the project which was intended as a PR stunt and successfully achieved widespread international press coverage for Riverford Organic Vegetable’s new home delivery service.

He is the founder of charity search engine and comparison website AliveandGiving.com – an innovative charity fundraising and comparison website that helps you find charities that you can trust. The company that won the e-Challenge and a Bright Ideas award two years ago.

Chester was also chosen to represent the United Kingdom at The Global Student Entrepreneur Awards in New York this year.
